The questions you’re actually asking

What you actually need to know.

Direct answers, no marketing fluff. Scan, copy, forward.

How long does deployment actually take?

About one hour from contract-signed to event-configured for a typical mid-scale event. White-label setup is roughly 12 minutes, CRM integration around 8 minutes, ad inventory import about 4 minutes, walk-through training for your team about 36 minutes. Heaviest variance is CRM permissions on your side — we recommend pre-staging that before the deployment session.

What happens if our network drops at the venue?

Every capture method works offline. NFC, QR, badge scan, voice, manual — all queued locally and synced on reconnect. Your team never sees a "no signal" error during a live show.

Which CRMs do you integrate with natively?

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics 365, plus Pipedrive on the roadmap. REST API + signed webhooks for anything else your stack uses. Sync time on the live channels: under ten seconds end-to-end.

What’s your SLA?

99.95% uptime target. Critical-incident response within 30 seconds during live events. Direct line to the engineering team — not a helpdesk queue. SLA terms documented per contract; we don’t hide the numbers.

How does authentication work?

SAML 2.0 + OAuth 2.0 for organiser admin. Google + LinkedIn social sign-in for visitors. Active Directory + Okta integration for enterprise. SCIM for user provisioning on Custom Enterprise tier.

What about data residency?

EU, US, and MENA regions available. DIFC-compliant by default for UAE-based customers. You pick the region during deployment; data never leaves it without explicit instruction.

How does the team get trained?

A live walkthrough during the deployment session covers most day-of-event use. Plus a short video covering the rest. No 40-page manual, no certification programme. If a non-technical operator can’t use it on day 1, we’ve failed the design brief.

What happens after the event?

Auto-generated reports within 48 hours of show close. Data exports in CSV, JSON, or Salesforce-format. Lead data is yours; we never resell. You can wipe everything within 90 days post-event if requested.

What’s the support load on my team during the event?

Pilot-cohort experience: most teams report fewer escalations than they expected. CorteX auto-resolves common visitor and exhibitor issues; what reaches your team is rare and significant. We’ll give you a written support model on the call — not a vague promise.

What’s the rollback plan if something goes wrong on show day?

Every workflow has a manual fallback. Lead capture works on paper if needed (we’ll OCR it post-event). Mission Control has a read-only emergency mode. We’ve never needed it; it’s there because operations leads ask, and we agree they should.

What changes operationally

Three lines on your operational dashboard.

No magic numbers. Three structural shifts you can measure quarter-over-quarter against your own baseline.

Pillar 1 · Time-to-live

Contract to event-live, in less time than a lunch.

White-label config, CRM auth, ad inventory, sponsor catalogue, team walk-through — all on a single 60-minute session. Heaviest variance is CRM permissions on your side. We’ll tell you exactly what to pre-stage.

Pillar 2 · Support load

From a flood of tickets to a trickle.

Visitor app issues auto-resolve via CorteX self-help. Exhibitor issues route to engageX on-call before they reach your team. The escalations you typically budget for during a live show? Most go away.

Pillar 3 · Integrations

Native integrations live, plus REST + webhooks.

Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, MS Dynamics. CorteX AI engine. Native iOS/Android. Google + LinkedIn OAuth. Plus signed webhooks for anything else your stack uses.

Typical mid-scale deployment. Variance ±15 minutes; the heaviest is CRM permissions on your side — we recommend pre-staging this before the session. Custom Enterprise deployments take longer (we’ll quote a fixed timeline up front).
